What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Prices include UPS or USPS ground delivery & handling in the 48 contiguous U.S. States for all orders.  Normal daily processing and shipping cut-off is 12:00p CST.  Note that shipping days begin after the order-processing day.

Do I qualify for free shipping?

Orders over $149 will qualify for free shipping.  Orders with a combined total less than $149.00 will incur normal UPS or USPS Ground shipping charges. Incorrect addresses that require multiple delivery attempts or changes may incur a UPS correction charge of $10.00.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Returns

What is the return policy?

In a perfect world, this section would not be required… but mistakes do happen and our goal is to ensure your satisfaction if at all possible. Some rules or guidelines must be posted but we do consider each situation individually.

What should I do if I receive something broken?

Damaged or Broken Items are rare, but if any items arrive damaged or broken you’ll know before you open the box. Take a picture of the box to assist with a UPS or USPS damage claim, and give us a call in Illinois at 312-981-9127 within 10 days from receipt of goods. We will replace any broken items as quickly as possible.

Can I return or exchange an item?

30 Day Return Policy. For returns or exchanges, simply call 312-981-9127 for authorization. Returns made without authorization will not be acknowledged or processed.  Returns must be made within 30 days from delivery. Items must be in new condition and packed securely in the original packaging with receipt. We will refund the total purchase price only if product arrives intact and unused. Because of current high fuel costs, the original shipping costs may be deducted if return is not due to wrong items shipped or damaged. If an exchange is requested, outbound shipping may be applied.
