In a perfect world, this section would not be required… but mistakes do happen and our goal is to ensure your satisfaction if at all possible. Some rules or guidelines must be posted but we do consider each situation individually.
Damaged or Broken Items are rare, but if any items arrive damaged or broken you’ll know before you open the box. Take a picture of the box to assist with a UPS damage claim, then email us using this form and include your Order# or use the contact information used for your purchase.
Or give us a call in Illinois at (847) 752-5200 within 10 days from receipt of goods. We will replace any broken items as quickly as possible.
30 Day Return Policy. For returns or exchanges, simply call (847) 752-5200 for authorization. Returns made without authorization will not be acknowledged or processed. Returns must be made within 30 days from delivery. Items must be in new condition and packed securely in the original packaging with receipt. We will refund the total purchase price only if product arrives intact and unused. Because of current high fuel costs, the original shipping costs may be deducted if return is not due to wrong items shipped or damaged. If an exchange is requested, outbound shipping may be applied.
Please note that the tiny “seeds”, or bubbles the size of a pinpoint (visible when you examine crystal against a strong light) are formed by gases during the glass-making process. These bubbles are not flaws and do not affect the quality or the beauty of the glass.
Partial refunds may be issued:
- if some items are returned in less than “as new” condition.
- if returns are accepted after the 30 day return window.
No refund will be issued for:
- Any item that shows signs of use.
- Items not in original packaging.
- Items returned without authorization.
Items designated as Clearance, Closeout, Damaged Box and Discontinued Items:
- All sales are final.
- Special Orders are non-refundable.
